Its pretty easy really. When you import the MPEG it'll be split up into "clips." Probably the program does it based on scenes or time or some such. Just take the clips and drag them in numerical order into the "filmstrip" at the bottom of the screen. This creates a "storyboard or Timeline". Then go back up to file and select save movie as fill out the data block and then save the film as a .wmv file type.
