I have been visiting your pages many times and find them really usefull, however the decimate by 2 has not been the problem. I have encoded my movies exactly like in your guides with divx 5.1.1 and tried both decimate by 2 and proccess all frames! The strange thing is that when I use divx 5.1.1 I get half the framerate im supposed to get that means if I decimate by 2, i get 6-7 fps and with process all frames I get 12 fps, when using divx 4 however I get 12 fps when decimating by 2, and 24 fps when processing all frames! Maybe there is something strange with my computer or something... it's really strange... Maybe you could post a divx clip encoded with 5.1.1. so I can see for myself? If this is a problem that only I am having, what can I do then to fix it?
