I also had this problem and then I decided to read the help file. The Battery Bar instructions state that if you keep your ppc fully charged all the time it will take longer to generate an accurate battery time remaining. The help file also states to let your device discharge a little (down to 50-60% batt. life) once or twice to fix this.

If all else fails, read the instructions.:)
