Use Axim As Second Monitor

I wanted to ask if there are any programs out there (or @ least how hard would it be to write one) that would let you use your Dell as a second display to control things on your PC.

I'm asking because I recently upgraded from my crappy old GeForce FX 5600 to a Radeon 9600 Pro, and in the drivers I see the option for a second monitor. Will it be a possibility to use the Axim (x5 Advanced) as that second monitor (and the touch screen as an input device for that second monitor).

This is useful for doing things like
1. Keeping track of your CPU/Memory clock speeds and temperatures when O/Cing
2. Using it to change songs in WinAmp while I play Counter-Strike (no, HLAmp is not an option. Axim's mch cooler... and faster)
3. Controlling variables like volume and bass in Traktor DJ studio (mayb even using it as a virtual turntable, so instead of using your mouse to scratch, you'd REALLY use the screen like vinyl...

I think ths idea's easily possible, even might be already done, but I don't know about it. If anyone knows anything like this (or similar) plz pm me or post it here. Thx.
