Actually, it may be possible, thanks to your daul-head Radeon. From what I understand, from asking a simular question on another forum, is that with the second display enabled you can run VNC on that 'head' and then use a remote machine as the monitor. Which should mean that if you enable the second display, run VNC server on it, then run VNC client on your Axim would yeild what you want.
I've played around with remote control of a PC and an Axim, and played around with dual display on a PC. However, I've never done both at once.
Notes:
Direct-X based games let you have a second display running with no troubles, but OpenGL games cause the second display to go blank.
You're going to need a network card of some sort, as going through the sync cable is really slow, when controlling a PC remotely.
