So far, all the legal music download sites use some kind of DRM. I want my files in MP3 format so I can play them with GSPlayer on my Axim and on my Tivo.

Unfortunately by the time you download, burn to CD, and convert back to MP3, you've wasted a lot of time and effort and you've lost quality in the conversions.

In addition, it's generally cheaper just to buy a CD if you're going to want more than a few songs from that CD. I think I'll be buying CDs until some better solution comes along. A CD provides best quality and it serves as a backup after you've ripped the music.
