Also, when syncing, obviously outlook has to be running in the backround of the PC, but I find its always running in the backround. Does that have to be, how can I stop it from running besides alt-ctrl-delete? any ideas on the subject, seems like a ram hog to me to have to have it open. Cant I just open it when I need it?
