Now i have solution!
I had same problem. After re-install software on my axim ppc2002 the same message was appear. Find windows distributive with file license.dat in it. Then open file with notepad. you will see something like this:
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Widcomm\BtConfig\Gene
ral]
"LicenseKey"="E3E534E19B3E82141321561D913215633CC9 2760F687E82F"
after installing widcomm software on your pocket, run Registry Editor (from resco exporer or use this:
http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC...it.Mrln_ARM.cab)
find branch HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Widcomm\BtConfig\Gener
al
then make new string key LicenseKey and put value from license.dat file. Voila!
now bluetooth manager works ))))
