I ordered the upgrade over the phone at 1-800-www-dell . I tried searching Dell Canada's website but couldn't find a reference to the WM 2003 upgrade anywhere (not even a notice that it is available by phone). I even subscribe to Dell's update service for my Axim, Notebook computer and Dell Router but no notification about the upgrade has ever been sent to me. If it weren't for the aximsite forum, I would not have found out about it.
