The different email addresses on your work vs. home PCs don't matter although you will only be able to syncronize the email on one of the PCs (that's true even if they were both the same email address).
The calendar, tasks, contacts on the other hand can all be synced at both locations (or only one or neither, depending on how you have the boxes checked in ActiveSync under the Options window on each PC).
