Mobility Site - View Single Post - Anyway to turn of Auto-dial??

I want to turn off Auto-Dial, globally on my Axim. I don't want it to ever dial up to the internet automatically, I want to manually tell it to dial. I know you can set individual apps not to auto-dial but I want to know if there is a global setting.
