Yes, it does come with a mouse looking icon thingy (I am not sure what to call it) that is on the screen so you can see where it is. The little button to the right is a selection button, sort of like a left click on a mouse. I owned this keyboard briefly (found a much cheaper one, so I returned it), and I liked the mouse but I found it was almost easier and quicker to just use the stylus. I think a touchpad type mouse would be pretty cool on a keyboard.
