yes there is, simply hold down the blue function key while using the mouse thingy and it acts exactly like cursor/arrow keys.

Every time you want to go back and correct something you have to tap or move the damn mouse, which takes you forever.

you can also adjust the mouse speed (just as you can in normal windows).
