I followed your lead and installed the new version (2.2.3) of MSReader
http://www.microsoft.com/reader/downloads/ppc.asp in my SD Card. This new version solves the problem that prevented users from reading MS Reader e-books from some Web sites. With it installed in my SD Card, I notice a new problem. Running the Reader with my Symbol Wi-Fi CF card inserted freezes my Axim X5. Soft reset. I guess city hall is telling me to do my readings not my surfing! Calling SK Remover. Uninstalled and re-installed the thing. This time to the default directory not SD Card. No more frozen Axim. I could read "Dolorous Passion" while surfing the net. I later realized yours is a stupid idea (in my case), since my MSReader (v2.2.1) is already pre-installed by Dell in ROM. I wouldn't save memory by installing the new version in my SD Card. There was little or no change in my memory usage after the over ROM installation.
There must be a moral to all of these
