If you have Resco Explorer 2003 (there is a trial copy on your Axim CD) find the *.exe file in BIS, tap and hold and select "Send to...". The select "Start menu as a Shortcut"

This is probably not where you want it, so go to Windows>Start Menu and use Cut and Paste to move the *.lnk file to Start Menu>Programs. You can the re-name it if you want to.
