Had a look around and everything I can find refers to defragging memory cards the only advice I could track down on another site was that a soft reset does a similar job? Other than that it was advice concerning closing down programmes, to ensure they are closed, I use Handyswitcher. The other point raised was the amount of write cycles defragging uses and that this might reduce the life of the memory? Sorry can't find anything else but would be interested to know if there is anything out there.
