I too had too many crap in my Windows and Program files Folders

So what I did was a hard reset. After a hard reset the system is restored to the day you got it new out of the box.

Then before I install any software(Except Resco Screen Capture) I go through the Windows and Progam Files Folders and use the Rescoe Screen Capture (it comes on the Dell Companion CD) to save images of these folders. The captured images are then saved on a CF or SD card or even the Desktop computer.

Hence, if I see too many "bug' files in any of these folders I can look back at the captured images and know what not to delete.
The following pic is one of the captured images of the windows folder - fresh from the factory. So I know that these files must Not be deleted.
