Mobility Site - View Single Post - one of the USB Devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned

Tried the cradle at work today, but still got the same results. I have an XP station at home and Win98 at work. Didn't work on either one. Got the unknown device error on both systems. Guess I'll schedule a day of vacation so I can spend it on the phone with Dell's tech support.
