I just did this with my axim. I made a copy of my cf card on my computer then copied everything to my sd card. But you have to change *all* the shortcuts to point to the new location on the sd card. I move all my program or game shortcuts from windows/start menu to a folder I created on my sd card called shortcuts. I then use claunch a very nice program launcher to make shortcuts right on the today screen.
