Mobility Site - View Single Post - Netgear MA701 dies every 3 months, anyone else ?

i just got an x5 which came with a MA701. out of the 40 or so times i plugged it in, all but one came back with a 'card not recognized'.

i got a Ambicom card from compUSA for $29 after rebate, and it works great.

i wonder what it could be with the Netgear card? they usually make good hardware.
