Scott, is it just powering up? or is it also synching each time? If it is trying to sync.....let it go ahead and sync, then click on options (in the active sync popup), and then schedule. You should see the server schedule at the bottom...just unclick the box that says sync every 5 mins...hopefully this should stop it from trying to 'powerup' or sync every few minutes!!
