Another great, free utility for your purpose (presuming you just want to stream over say a wireless home network) is to install the program NetUSE (just do a search and you should be able to find it). From there you should map your network drive with all the media on your axim and use Windows Media Player to play the files (just double click them in File Explorer on the Axim). Beforewarned, you are going to have to open ports on the firewall on your PC for this to work. I believe opening ports 137-139 for UDP and TCP is all you need. Streaming MP3's over an 802.11b network works fine for me, even with my roommate browsing in the other room, but I'd avoid running any bandwith heavy apps while you're doing it.
