Like I said, if you want to sync with Lotus Notes, you are going to have to buy software. If you use Outlook for both home and work and set up two different partnerships (one for each computer), you can sync contacts on both computers (but not e-mail). Essentially, you will be maintaining one contacts list between both computers because all contacts on your work machine will be synced to your home machine and vise versa. And, of coarse, your Axim will have all contacts as well.
If you decide that you want to buy the Lotus Note syncing software (do a search on this site and you will find good recommendations) instead of switching to Outlook on your work computer, I would assume you could maintain a full contacts list, but I'm not sure. Does anyone else know how this works?
