Oddly, I haven't installed the latest activesync (still on 3.5) but this CPU maxing problem hasn't occured since I stopped using my cradle. I bought a sync cable and have been using that, I also sync quite often without the cable and just use the wireless connection.

I can't imagine why the cradle would be tha cause of this since it's essentially exactly the same as the cable, but I am using the wireless more often now, maybe it's something to do with hold a permanent connection to the PC via the cradle?

Confused!
