Mobility Site - View Single Post - USB link, XP. Is software needed to see "removeable drive"?

I might have to look into one of those jump drives (prolly the lexar, because I only use SD cards, and get free MS OS from college) when I find a coupon for buy.com

I'm gonna order my BoxWave screen protect now though (the cut-out overhead projector sheet I am using right now has more scratches than a cat owners couch) and hold off on their usb synch cable.
