Check the second from the top thread in the Windows Mobile 2003 forum.

Personally, I did not upgrade my X5 and have no intention of doing so. I personally don't feel the benefits are worth US$30. It's even questionable whether the benefits even outweight the negatives. IMO, PPC02 is easier to use and more stable than WM03.
