As has been mentioned, the decimal is there.
However, I have to ask why you would need a comma, and also what you mean by "worthless if you want to do anything using more than 2 digits"???
You don't need a comma to type 1,000. Just type it as 1000 without the comma, and it works just fine. I've
very rarely seen a calculator with a comma button.
