The campaigns folder should be as follows:

/Program Files/Games/Ziosoft/Age of Empires Campaigns

The scenarios folder should be:

/Program Files/Games/Ziosoft/Age of Empires Scenarios

(The folder "Ziosoft" may be different now, since the company changed its name to MDM)
