There seems to be some misunderstanding here. SD and CF cards act like a hard disk on a Desktop. They are places where programs can be stored.

But they actually run in Main Memory RAM, just like the RAM on your desktop.

So the speed of the card will have some effect on how long it takes the program to load, but none at all on the speed at which it runs.
