Mad Update to "If Mr Dell is listening"

After 3 lengthy calls (very helpful lady, deserves credit) I received a phone call late last night, from technical saying that obviously my Axim 3i was not detecting Bluetooth and they would replace my Axim.......Fantastic...........today they won't. They are now saying that I should have asked for Bluetooth when I ordered. I was under the impression that Bluetooth was already installed. Passed through to the Sales Rep's Manager but line so bad call was ended before I could speak to someone. Obviously Dell have made a mistake over marketing and need to sort out this mess before they begin to lose customers. I have only used Dell computers and while the computers are fantastic Customer Service is suffering.
