Synch your pda and remove the 2002 drivers. Download the new driver which I believe is dated Oct 24,2003. Now try and install the new driver, it will probably ask you if you would like to modify, repair, or remove. Click remove, now reset pda. If driver software did not ask you previous question about removing old driver you can reset device now. Re-synch pda and load new driver, when finished loading reset device again. Now install your wi-fi card and it should detech your system if it doesn't remove card and try installing again (card). This might sound tedious but it works 100% of the time for me.
Good luck

Did you find the 2003 drivers give you any better performance? I'm running the 2002 for the Ambicom GUI.
