in file explorer browse to \windows\start menu\programs . from there you should be able to find and delete the shortcuts in question.

Also, can a program that is advertised for Windows CE play on Pocket PC 2003? The "Nutcracker" game is supposed to be for Windows CE and my Axim is supposed to be Pocket PC 2003. I couldn't get it to play so I was wondering about that.

windows mobile 2003 is a version of windows ce, but there have been instances of software that worked for pocketpc 2002 that didn't work for 2003. I can only guess (since I still have 2002) that microsoft didn't make the newer os fully backwards compatible.
