Mobility Site - View Single Post - Built-In Storage or Main Memory?

Ok, I finally decided to set up ActiveSync and try installing programs to my Axim last night. One question I have though, should I install the applications to the built-in storage or the main memory... what is the difference?

Isn't the built-in storage just a set amount of memory that will always be saved for applications? If I install an application to main memory, it will place the application in a folder directly under My Device, correct?
