Try reviewing each in turn by highlighting each one and tapping
Settings. Make sure that the
Sync all.... is selected and not the other options, unless the
<None> option is unchecked.
I'm making the assumption that Outlook was loaded before Activsync and that all installation instructions were made in the right order.
