Download Theme Generator from Windows Mobile (it's free).

Send to my device option doesn't work.
The Theme Generator will add a folder called
My Themes to your pc hard drive. Create your theme, navigate to it via Explorer, copy and paste it to my documents on your Axim.
You can then switch via the
Start, Settings, Today options listed above.
