This sometimes happens to me when syncing my mail folder. Amend one of the calander items forcing AS to resync and it may well solve the problem.
If you have amended the items on the pc and the ppc it may force AS to leave the items unresolved. Check how you want AS to resolve the items (e.g. mine is always replaced on my device and not on my pc).
You can delete the items (your choice depends on which way you sync) and force AS to sync it back.
