Help - my son's new Axim 400 Mhz arrived today. We purchased Age of Empires from handango. Downloaded. When we try to install it gets through about 2 "blocks" of installation then we get a filesys.exe Just in Time Debug Error and the Axim freezes as does the installation process on the PC.

What are we doing wrong? Help!!! This is not a good first experience!
