Then go to your MY COMPUTER icon on your desktop and click it.
Your axim should be listed as one of the drives. Click the axim icon, then find your SD card, then look for that folder named mp3's. PASTE them there.
The mp3's should copy over nicely.

I tried that and I am still getting the same results. I'm gonna send the card back.
