It might be worth updating the ROM with some of the patches on the Dell web site, see if this does the trick.
If it's a conversion issue, have you upgraded to AS 3.7.1? It's available from Windows Mobile.
You can have a
My Documents folder in the BIS, the RAM and on your cards.
