Oh boy, do I remember the days when I still had that same hope...

It's only now that I realize that instead of hoping that this was a simple glitch if I would have contacted Dell Support, I might have gotten a replacement PDA. Instead, now my warranty is gone (I pre-ordered my Axim when they were first announced in 2002), and Dell Tech Support is showing no support at all! They seem to be just throwing out ideas that I could come up with myself (like replacing both batteries at my own expense, upgrading bios, etc.)
So, if any of you have had the same problem, and have figured out the cause of it, or even better yet a solution, PLEASE post here, or email me directly.
