There is a product called IntelliSync that allows you to sync your PPC with several different desktop applications:

MS Outlook 97/98/2000/2002
MS Outlook Express 5.0/6.0
Schedule 7.0*/7.5**
Lotus Notes 4.5/4.6/5.0/5.0.10
Lotus Organizer 5.0/6.0
Novell Groupwise 5.5.2/5.5.4/5.5.4.1/6.0/6.01/6.02
ACT! 4.02**/2000/6.0
Palm Desktop 4.01/4.1

I haven't tried it - but a trial version is available from the site
