As far as I know there is only an .exe file that must be installed via Active Sync. I have often wondered why more software programmers don't untilize cab installers since they are far more useful if you don't have access to ActiveSync. This would be excellent for getting programs going on the run via wifi. There are probably technical reasons that I know nothing about.
