I also use sprite, its GREAT. USE IT! BUY IT! WORSHIP IT!
Anyway, I spoke to my contact at Dell and he said he would try to bring it up when he goes to Round Rock in a few days. He helped me get my new Axim from dell after they sent me 4 bad ones. (long story but if u want to know more just ask). Anyway he consulted me about a week ago about buying a new Axim and i told him to hold off until this is all fixed. Though this mostly happens with the X5 i have read of a few cases involng the X3, i think dell needs to fix this.
