Not with ASync.
Sprite Backup Premium Edition (and some other third party BackUp Apps) will allow this.

You can ASync, then on your PC's Async click Explore and navigate to your card, then Drag&Drop from your PC to your Axim. If the file is large, ASync is slowwwwww and may even hang up on you.
Far better to get a USB Card Reader for your PC.
