Where's the XM radio?

I'm just curious why some company hasn't made a program for a pocket pc to have XM radio? They can offer the reciever and their program and have the same $10 subscription fee. Don't you think people with a pocket pc would buy this far over a whole new piece of hardware? I'm sure it would be cheaper, instead of a $100 hardware deal with sirius u could probably get the program and some reciever from a company from $50 (ive seen gps recievers as low as $40, and i would think they would be more expensive anyway). Companies like mapopolis and tomtom made navigation software, why can't the next step be made?
