Hi,
You cannot run PlayerPal on Windows XP Home Edition. You must have one of the following OS'
- Windows XP Pro
- Windows 2003
- Windows 2000
This is because PlayerPal needs IIS. In the future we will ship a web server with PlayerPal. However, until then you have to upgrade to use our software. Sorry.
