If you are not seeing the categories in you
pc Outlook: switch to the Contacts view, click
view, Current view & By categories
If you want to filter in
ppc use the filter option (just below the Start icon.
Categories don't show in the
list view on your ppc, you'll need to open a contact to view the category details or filter as above.
