Sorry, I can't suggest anything to help, but I'm seeing the same things too.

Mine has been running for a month without issues as long as WEP isn't turned on, as soon as WEP is enabled and some bigger files are moved, it locks up the router/AP, requiring a reset to the AP to get things going again.

This is happening with either 128 or 64 bit WEP, but happens more quickly with 128 set. It will usually occur within a few minutes.

Hard reset of the axim and driver re-install have made no difference.
Keys are correct ... it works for a while, everything matches.

The router is a Linksys BEFW11S4 v2.
WCF12 card.
