Your problem is probaly that you are encoding with WMV9 codecs which PPC2002 cant read, you must use WMV7 or WMV8 codecs. Here is a step by step guide on how to do it
Bigds Video Guides You might also want to look into Divx encoding to, It plays much better than WMV on PPC2002. It is also at the same site, just click on the DivxEncoding in the navigation bar, Good luck.
