Yeah, my vote goes to AVG too. It's rock solid and updates come out frequently, with the newest version needing only very small cumulative updates. I hardly ever go online with the PC, but my kid does use Outlook Express and does a bit of internet stuff, so I keep the definitions updated about twice a week. Never been hit with a virus yet.

For my personal use, nPOPw on the PPC means I never download anything unless I specifically mark an email for download. Since no virus yet reported in the wild is aimed at the PPC, and my email previews are less than 2KB each, there is zero risk. I delete all such garbage from the server, never having wasted the bandwidth on downloading it. My wife uses nPOP on her notebook PC, to pre-screen before opening Outlook Express and grabbing the real mail. Her spam and viral attachments likewise never make it off the mail server. Still, she does AVG updates at least every week, just in case something sneaks past her regimen.
